Ingredients
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats
- 1 banana, chopped into chunks and frozen
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2–1 tablespoon maple syrup (if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, and add 1/4 cup extra milk and omit maple syrup if using)
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend everything together, adding more carrot juice or your milk of choice if it gets too thick.
