Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats
  • 1 banana, chopped into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/21 tablespoon maple syrup (if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, and add 1/4 cup extra milk and omit maple syrup if using)

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend everything together, adding more carrot juice or your milk of choice if it gets too thick.
